Vipers host Red Wings

The Kensington Moase Plumbing and Heating Vipers will host the Tyne Valley Red Wings this Sat night at Community Gardens in Kensington . The Marks IJHL game gets underway at 745pm .
This is the 1st visit to the gardens this year for the Red Wings . The Vipers won the 1st meeting in Tyne Valley by a score of 6 - 5 in a shooyout .
These 2 teams had arguably the strongest rivalry on PEI last season and will look to continue that this season .
Thomas McSweeney will return to the lineup sat after picking up a 1 game suspension last Saturday vs Sherwood . McSweeney will be sitting out Fri night when the Vipers travel to Montaque . Mcsweeney sits second on the Vipers in scoring with 13 pts in 6 games .
