Colin Koughan scored the winner with four minutes to play as the A&S Scrap Metal Metros trimmed the Arsenault's Fish Mart Western Red Wings 4-3 on Tuesday night in Evangeline.
Zach Kennific, Pat McGuigan (1-1), and Calen McInnis also scored for the Metros. Brandon Sullivan, Connor Gray (2), Jack Connell, Koughan, and Ethan Malcolm had assists.
Drake Smallman, Spencer Groom, and Colton Gallant replied for the Red Wings, with helpers from Colton Chaisson (2), Curklan Fraser, and Dillon Wall.
Alex Smith and Jaxon Lamont shared the net in the win for the Metros, while Brad Shea took the loss for Western.
The shots were 39-19 for Western.
Sherwood lead 2-1 after the first period, and Western lead 3-2 after the second.
