The Sherwood A&S Scrap Metal Falcons and Charlottetown Metro Building Supplies Abbies announced a mid-summer trade on Tuesday,  Brandon Weir, who played the last two seasons with the Charlottetown Mark's Work Wearhouse Islanders of the NB/PEI Major Midget Hockey League will have his rights traded to the Abbies, while Brandon Birt's rights will go to the Falcons.  Birt scored an impressive 126 points over three seasons with the Sherwood Drug Mart Falcons of the PEI Midget AAA League.
